Marcelino graduated as Attorney at Law from the Universidad Panamericana campus Guadalajara, obtained his degree with the thesis: “La Garantía del Interés Fiscal en el Juicio de Amparo” which was awarded with the Annual Prize for attorneys “Mariano Otero” of the Chamber of Commerce.

He has a Master in Public Law from the Universidad Panamericana, Campus Guadalajara, as well as special studies in Administrative Law, and Constitutional Law and Amparo Trial, Seminar on Fundamental Principles of Legal Humanism and Seminar in Legal Update.

He has studies in Europe and the United States of America, among which stands out Advanced Studies in Economic, Political and Social Sciences at The University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA. He acquired the degree with honors through the thesis “The importance and necessity of freedom within the Rule of Law, and the obligation of the State to ensure man’s liberty.”

Attended as well the Harvard University’s Negotiating Workshop at The University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA.

Marcelino has special studies for Notary Public at the Universidad of Guanajuato.

He obtained diplomas, courses and conferences related with legal advice for Companies, Civil and Commercial procedures in Mexican courts, Urban Law and Amparo Trial in different Institutions.

He has been professor of Administrative Law II, at the Universidad Panamericana Campus Guadalajara and at the Quetzalcóatl University of Irapuato, in this university he has also taught subjects of Administrative Law I and Credit Titles and Operations.

He is member of the Barra Mexicana de Abogados, Colegio de Abogados, A.C. where he coordinated the Civil and Commercial Law Committee.

Previous to founding BA Consultoría Jurídica in 2011, he worked for eight years at the Law firm Kelley, Ladewig and González Vergara, S.C. of Guadalajara City, in Corporate Law, Civil, Commercial and Administrative Litigation.
